Horseradish Cream Sauce

A must with Prime Rib

This sauce is a wonderful accompaniment to Roast Prime Rib and Corned Beef. Using high-quality, robust horseradish is essential. We prefer Silver Springs Coarse Cut Good-N-Hot Fresh Ground, widely available in grocery stores.
Ingredients
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon sugar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Steps
1 Whisk together sour cream and mayonnaise.

2 Whisk in horseradish and mustard. Add sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well and transfer to a serving bowl.
