Saffron Aioli

Middle Eastern

Ingredients
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon saffron, ground
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup olive oil
 
Steps
1 Place the garlic, eggs, saffron and salt in a food processor and process it until just blended.

2 Slowly add the olive oil to the mix you have a mayonaise consistency. Serve at once.
