Glazed Pecans


These are a wonderful addition to a salad, or on their own as a snack.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons real maple syrup
2 cups pecan halves
 
Steps
1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

2 In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and syrup and mix well. Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.

3 Add pecans and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until coated.

4 Spread mixture onto baking sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

5 Store in tightly covered container.
