This is my favorite go-to dressing for almost any salad.

Ingredients
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 small clove garlic, peeled and smashed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch of sugar
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

Using a whisk, blend vinegar with garlic, mustard, sugar and pepper.
