Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is my favorite go-to dressing for almost any salad. |

Ingredients |
|
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 small clove garlic, peeled and smashed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch of sugar
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Steps

|
1 | Using a whisk, blend vinegar with garlic, mustard, sugar and pepper. |
| 2 | While whisking, add the oil in a slow stream. |
| 3 | Remove garlic prior to serving |
