| This versatile sauce is good with asparagus, Smoky Artichokes, or my favorite, a salad dressing for chicken salad with grapes or currants. Sweet curry powder (aka mild curry powder) has the wonderful spice of curry with little chili heat. Since all curry powders are not created equal, the measurement is a guideline only. You may have to add more curry powder to achieve the flavor that is right for you. |

1 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons sweet curry powder

Steps

| 1 | Blend ingredients well and let stand, refrigerated for at least 30 minutes so flavors can meld. |
