Bran Muffins

American

Ingredients
2 cups bran flakes
2 cups All-bran
3 cups sugar
1 cup shortening (melted)
4 eggs, beaten
1 quart buttermilk
5 cups flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
 
Steps
1 Mix together dry ingredients in a very large bowl.

2 Add other ingredients to dry mixture and blend. (It will be lumpy).

3 Pour into muffin cups and bake in a pre-heated 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
