Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

Fresh spinach, washed and drained thoroughly
Fresh strawberries, sliced

Dressing
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup of sugar
6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 egg yolk

1 Arrange spinach on salad plates.

2 Slice or halve strawberries and arrange on spinach.

3 Blend all dressing ingredients well.

4 Pour dressing on salads just before serving.
