Fresh spinach, washed and drained thoroughly
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Dressing
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup of sugar
6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 egg yolk

Steps

|
| 1 | Arrange spinach on salad plates. |
| | 2 | Slice or halve strawberries and arrange on spinach. |
| | 3 | Blend all dressing ingredients well. |
| | 4 | Pour dressing on salads just before serving. |
