Ingredients |

1 15-ounce can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Freshly ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
1 prepared pizza crust
1 8-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup thinly sliced zucchini
1 to 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic

Steps

1 | Preheat oven to 450°F. |
| 2 | Place the beans, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper, and hot sauce (optional) in a food processor and process until smooth. Spread over pizza crust. |
| 3 | Arrange the pineapple, tomato, spinach, zucchini, and garlic over the bean spread. Bake for 12 minutes, until the crust is golden. |
