Ingredients |

3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Steps

1 | In large mixing bowl, measure and mix together the four, sugar, baking powder, and salt. |
| 2 | Measure and mix together in a smaller bowl, the milk, egg, oil and vanilla. |
| 3 | Stir liquid ingredients into dry and beat until smooth. |
| 4 | Pour small amount of batter into hot, lightly greased crepe pan. Tilt pan so batter just coats bottom. |
| 5 | Cook at medium high temperature until done. Top side will be pale. |
| 6 | Stack cooled, cooked crepes between layers of wax paper. |
| 7 | Refrigerate or freeze the stacks in plastic bags until ready to use. |
