Carrots with Orange Butter

Ingredients |
|
1 cup of water
1 pound of carrots, cut into sticks or slices
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup orange juice
|

Steps
|

|
|
1 | Bring water to boil in sauce pan, then add carrots and cook for 15 minutes. |
| 2 | Add orange juice and cook for 5-10 minutes more until tender. |
| 3 | Remove carrots with slotted spoon and keep warm. |
| 4 | Reduce liquid to about 1/8 cup. Add butter until melted, then pour over carrots. |
