Carrots with Orange Butter

Ingredients
1 cup of water
1 pound of carrots, cut into sticks or slices
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup orange juice
Steps
1 Bring water to boil in sauce pan, then add carrots and cook for 15 minutes.

2 Add orange juice and cook for 5-10 minutes more until tender.

3 Remove carrots with slotted spoon and keep warm.

4 Reduce liquid to about 1/8 cup. Add butter until melted, then pour over carrots.
