Ingredients |

4 medium carrots
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 eggs
dash of sugar +
1/4 cup of milk
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps

1 | Puree all ingredients except oil in food processor. |
| 2 | Heat saute pan and add olive oil. |
| 3 | Pour carrot mixture into heated oil and sauté lightly. |
