Ingredients
1 can hearts of palm (14 ounces)
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Slice the hearts of palm on the diagonal into 1/4-inch slices.
