Lemon Parmesan Dressing (Point No Point)

Pacific Northwest

Dressing for Green salad with blue cheese, walnuts, vinaigrette.
Ingredients
BLEND +
4 lemons zest & juice
4 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cups water

EMULSIFY +
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

SEASONING +
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1 teaspoon honey
 
Steps
1 Grill Lemons

2 Blend lemon, mustard, water

3 Emulsify oils

4 Add seasoning
