We always make extra, as everyone wants leftovers. A food processor comes in handy for all the chopping.

Ingredients
2 medium oranges
4 cups coarsely chopped cranberries
4 medium apples, pared, cored and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange peel

Peel oranges removing white membrane; chop coarsely. Place in large bowl.

Add rest of ingredients and stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours. Overnight is better.
