Ingredients |

4 ounces field greens (mesclun mix or other salad mix)
2 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Freshly ground tellicherry pepper
½ apple, cored and sliced thin
|

Steps

|
1 | In a bowl, toss greens with bleu cheese, oil, vinegar and pepper. |
| 2 | Portion onto 2 salad plates, top with apple slices and serve. |
