Ingredients |

2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
dressing:
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon palm sugar or honey
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 teaspoons chopped ginger

Steps

1 | In a blender, combine dressing ingredients and mix well. |
