Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette

Asian

A rich-tasting dressing. Use sparingly.
Ingredients
1 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or more to taste)
1/2 cup rice vinegar
 
Steps
1 Combine in food processor or blender. Adjust seasonings to taste. Makes about 2 cups.
