Ingredients |
|
2 pork breakfast sausages, chopped
1/4 medium onion, sliced
1/2 jalapeño pepper, diced
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese (optional)

Steps
|
|
|
|
|
1 | In non-stick skillet, fry sausages and onion until onion is soft. |
| 2 | Add jalapeño and cook for 2 minutes longer. |
| 3 | Add eggs and cook until set. |
| 4 | Add salsa and cheese (if using). |
