Ingredients |
|
2 onions medium sized minced
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeño, minced
1/4 cup Safflower oil
1 red pepper
2 tablespoons rum
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pound black beans cooked
1 cilantro bunch chopped - no stems

Steps

|
1 | Saute onions & jalapeño until tender. |
| 2 | Add garlic & red pepper. |
| 3 | Cook beans and add rum, cumin, and sugar. |
| 4 | Mix all and add cilantro at the end. |
