Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients |

3/4 cup crabmeat
1 pound fresh mushrooms stemmed
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon chives chopped
1 tablespoon parsley
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Steps

1 | Brush caps with butter. |
| 2 | In a bowl, combine the rest. |
| 3 | Fill caps and put on pan filling side up. |
| 4 | Broil 6 inches from element for about 5 minutes. |
